Because products are supplied for research use only, all sales are final and products cannot be returned once shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, lot number, and photographs. Valid claims are resolved by replacement or store credit.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns of opened product. No restocking fee applies, as returns are otherwise not accepted.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is verified and fulfillment has begun. Pre-fulfillment cancellations are at our discretion.
