All products are designated for research use only. They are not approved for human or animal use and are not intended for consumption, therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical applications. See our Research Use Only policy.

3. Prohibited uses & resale

You may not represent products as fit for human or animal use, resell them as consumables, or use site content as medical guidance. Resale is prohibited without prior written consent.

4. Orders & right to refuse

We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion, including orders where we suspect misuse, unlawful intent, or non-compliance.

5. Assumption of risk

You assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing the purchase, handling, use, and disposal of these materials.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Payment & billing

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card or bank statements will show PRISTINE. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith may be contested.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies.
